- As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in comprehending customer needs, analyzing market trends and contributing to the formulation and execution of business strategies. Your strong drive, sense of urgency and expertise will shape our offerings, guarantee customer satisfaction and drive the triumph of our software solutions in the competitive SAAS market. You will be actively engaged in meaningful projects, collaborate closely with mentors and senior leadership, and gain substantial experience working directly with high-performing teams, offering you real-world software strategic and tactical business experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include :

- Resolve Customer issues by engaging closely with internal teams to help determine the best technical implementation plan during the sales process.

- Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to Quickbooks customers.

- Collaborative Support : Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.

- Customer Engagement and Feedback : Working with customers to understand how they use Quickbooks services, and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.

- Real-Time Problem Identification : Identifying current business challenges being faced by the customer.

- Acting as an advocate for our customer, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement.

- Innovative Solutions : Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.

- Product Knowledge Development : Assuming responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features.

- Knowledge Management : Making sure internal knowledge reference pages are updated.

- Timely Support Responses : Gain customer confidence by responding promptly to incoming support requests whether via telephone or email.

- Structure project delivery documentation while maintaining the highest degree of CRM accuracy.

- Comprehensive Customer Business Understanding : Understand and document customer's business flow (for large customers) and deep insights of use-cases.
