Candidate Profile :


- A female candidate who has completed her graduation (MBA preferred) with a minimum of 1 year experience in Sales with good marketing strategies

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Highly self motivated sales professional with real estate background (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Promoting & maintaining company's brand to generate business leads both offline and online

- Managing client queries & convert the lead into sales

- Answering telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements

- Explain the project & its information to drive potential customers for visiting the project site

- Contact customer's to follow up after visits & ensuring closure

- Maintaining enquiry data in an organized manner from time to time

- Client networking & relationship building
