Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various marketing channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Taboola, and others. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skill to design, execute, and optimize our online advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Plan, develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels such as Facebook, Google, Taboola, etc.

- Ad Creation & Optimization: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they are running efficiently, meeting KPIs and ROAS targets.

- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.

- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across different platforms, ensuring efficient spending and desired performance.

- Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive marketing message across all channels.

- Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure that strategies are current and effective.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, especially in managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other platforms like Taboola.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, platforms, and best practices.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other related platforms.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.

- Experience in e-commerce or a related industry.

- Knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
