- Zenatix is looking for a passionate and highly motivated intern to join its Key Accounts team.

Key Responsibility Areas :

1. Delivering value by assisting the Key Account Manager with the company's high-value clients

2. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise

3. Keeping customer satisfaction high by attending to internal tickets pre-emptively

4. Tackling ad-hoc customer queries on phone and email for issue resolution

5. Assisting with scheduling meetings, creating agendas and providing status recaps

6. Attend and contribute to brainstorming/ideation sessions for growing

7. Additional relevant responsibilities as requested

Key Skills/Traits Desired :

1. Highly skilled in Office tools (good knowledge of basic Excel formulas like VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH a huge plus)

2. Smart, confident, and above all, the hunger to learn

3. Process-oriented and results-driven

4. Strong verbal / written communication skills

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree from a reputed college/university. An MBA Degree is good to have.
