You :

- With the rapid growth of blockchain globally and a range of long-term initiatives we are building, the successful candidate will be working with bleeding edge technology in an internationally established team, while having great attention to detail, being a strong team player and having excellent communication skills.

- You will serve and grow ZebPay's communities on Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels-educating, solving problems, and creating enthusiasm.

- In this hybrid role, you will be part of our customer service team but also work closely with marketing, information security, and other departments.

Role description :

The work is a combination of the following :

1. Oversee all company social media accounts management.

2. Generate concept and copy for social creatives for increasing engagement and followers and also understand the Insta and YT algorithm and plan your strategy accordingly. It's pertinent for you to be able to think of ideas and execute yourself too.

3. Create daily social calendars in tune with business agendas and moment marketing for both fixed and fluid moments to keep brand buzz and recall high.

4. Mapping customer insights to come up with relevant campaign thoughts for social buzz.

5. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Ensure 100% consistency in content (style, format, font) and images.

6. Audit and analyze social media presences, including digital advertising costs and return

7. Work with other departments to develop social media timelines.

8. You will partner with external stakeholders like YouTubers, bloggers, different platforms etc., to promote, and grow ZebPay - You will come up with creative ways to increase ZebPay brand awareness in the crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

Customer support on social media :

- Most of our customer service agents take questions submitted as tickets on You will help anyone who posts about their support issues on social media. You'll reassure them, check on their status, and help get the issue resolved. By showing empathy and restoring their confidence in ZebPay, you will be both support agent and brand ambassador.

Protecting members and the public from fraud and scams

You will work with our security team to spot fake accounts and take them down, warn our followers about scams, and educate them on how to stay safe from phishing attacks. There will be some detective work and you'll need to use and improve your online research skills.

Participating and leading discussions on various platforms as ZebPay's representative :

- We have active discussion groups on Telegram and Facebook and a growing presence on Reddit and other channels. You will get to know our followers and become a trusted and friendly source of help and encouragement. If you are already knowledgeable about crypto, great. If not, you must learn quickly and with enthusiasm.

- Your personality and tone will matter as much as your knowledge. Fun and kindness are our core values and you will help create an atmosphere of kindness and fun in these discussion groups.

Requirements :

1. 3+ years of experience in being a Community Expert
