Job Description:
- Utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
- Cross-sell or up-sell products where possible.
- Receive incoming telephone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain an accurate record of all calls made and received.
- Liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

- The ability to follow scripts.
