Job Description :
1. Managing the creative production process from beginning to end, from researching what benefits a product offer, to writing the strategy for communication.
2. New Product Development (Brand name, Logo Designs, Packaging Development Etc.).
3. Developing & Designing Product with the R & D team as per the market need & demand.
4. Develop and ensure implementation of a brand marketing strategy in line with brand portfolio objectives.
5. Communication to cover all essential mediums like Press, Outdoor, Collaterals, Events Etc.
6. Working in close connection with the teams and looking after their marketing communication requirements and ensuring the communication is in line with the marketing brief, brand values and strengths.
7. Carrying out in-depth analysis of market, trends, monitoring the performance of the brand & its competition to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
8. Arranging analytical evaluation of consumer and market trends - category understanding, brand positioning, purchase behaviour & communication effectiveness vis- vis competition in liaison with market research & consulting agencies.
9. Coordination with Creative Agencies with regards to New Product Development.
