Yulu Bikes - Cluster Partnership Manager (1-3 yrs)

- Manage the relationships and growth for maximizing rides and customer satisfaction in its respective cluster with a primary focus on business expansion in agreement with Cluster Head

- Define the cluster growth strategy with Cluster Head wrt partnerships & alliances, owning demand generation and driving events & promotional activities as per set targets

- Conducting audits and ensuring the hygiene of Yulu Zones and Charging Stations in the cluster

- Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances with established local corporates and new age start-ups in the cluster to create potential YZs and YCS and to accelerate innovation and revenue growth across a range of market spaces including Shared spaces, Shopping, Lifestyle and Fitness

- Work with the City Alliances team and marketing team to drive partnerships specific offline and online marketing campaigns in the cluster

- Work with city and traffic police, metro, bus-stands, colleges, malls, hospitals for possible tie-ups and demand generation

Qualifications and Skills :

- Key Skills: Business Development, Team Leader, Account Management, Relationships, Field Audits, Process Improvement and Event Management

- An entrepreneurial go-getter with 0-2 years of experience in Business Development and Relationship management

- Must be comfortable with creating and managing complex business proposals

- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills

- Proficiency in data analytics will be an added advantage

- Ability to build a strong relationship; exercise diplomacy and problem-solving to work effectively under pressure

- Deep understanding of the Bangalore in general

- Has good business sense, multitasking and prioritization abilities, an unwavering focus, and the ability to handle ambiguity
