YourDOST - Communication Specialist (3-8 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to work as an entrepreneur/ problem solver alongside the current founders to define and execute the communications strategy of YourDOST for brand building and business growth.
- This role is for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and loves solving problems. You will be responsible for managing all the communication channels - PR/Media, Partnerships, Product, Social, Product, Clients, Employees, etc.
- We are a passionate team of problem solvers and are looking for someone who could champion our communications strategy and take us to the next level!
Brand Building :
(Thought leadership content, PR/ Media, Online reputation management, and User community creation/ engagement)
(for Reach, Credibility, Research, and Engagement)
(Oversee large cross-functional organization-wide areas/ initiatives working on engagement to unify them with the common thread of communication and branding guidelines)
(Empowering Sales and marketing teams to achieve faster growth through focused, research-backed communications and brand building)
Who can apply
- 3+ years of experience in content/ copywriting in startups (or agencies).
- Must have knowledge/ exposure in wellness/ psychology/ mental health domains.
- Prior B2B marketing experience with companies working with corporates/HR stakeholders would be preferable.
- Must have experience partnering with companies/ HR portals/ corporate influencers which can strategically boost growth.
- Must have excellent written communication skills to be able to coordinate and work with content team for various campaigns etc.
- Must be highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
