Youkraft - Lead - Social Media & Public Relations (8-10 yrs)
Public Relations :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan, with specific strategies, action plans and KPIs to develop brand YOUKRAFT and private label brands if any / unique portfolios and destinations on YOUKRAFT.com
- Craft compelling news angles to support corporate and key vertical/category initiatives and larger marketing programmes. Pitch the same to external communications team for visibility for brand YOUKRAFT and its private labels / exclusive portfolios (including fulfillment of sourcing requests)
Social Media :
- Help build, manage and grow our social media presence by defining a plan and KPIs aligned to go-to-market strategies
- Partner with the larger marketing group to generate unique campaign ideas and programs to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation through social channels
- Establish a social media calendar and partner with the content and design teams to generate multiple posts daily across all existing and upcoming social platforms.
- Support execution and amplification for advertising, PR initiatives, events, product announcements and marketing campaigns
- Monitor all social channels for feedback and engagement and respond in a timely manner
- Define, measure and report core KPIs every week.
- Must have experience working with influencer marketing, native advertising and content marketing.
- Must have managed stakeholders across levels, functions and departments in complex matrix organizations
- Must have Leadership skills - stellar communicator, both written and oral communication, must have managed a team for at least 2 years.
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
- An MBA from a premier institute is a plus.
