Youkraft - Graphic Designer (2-3 yrs)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design creatives across all marketing initiatives - Website, app, social media,digital ads, notifications, emails, off-line ads, website banners, and editorials.

2. Video animation/ image editing for multiple media applications.

3. Deliver creatives in a timely fashion to the meet the creative & content calendar.

4. Constantly innovate on creative applications - adapting to the current trending styles and ensure consumer engagement.

5. Manage deliverables and support team during high-pressure situations.

6. Strict adherence to brand guidelines and logo applications.

Desired Skills & Experience :

1. Thorough knowledge of software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop,Lightroom, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.

2. Has comprehensive Image and video editing skills.

3. Attention to detail is a must.

4. Experience in Ecommerce is a must.

5. Understand mediums and channels (e.g. Difference in Social channels -Instagram vs. FB vs. Snapchat. OR Difference in paid digital advertising-Google vs. FB vs. Double click), to optimize maximum output on a creative,basis the channel of communication.

6. Has at least 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer/visualizer.

7. Up to date with the latest updates and offering across social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.

8. Uses Design Thinking to come up with a creative route.

1. Good communication skills and understands briefs and expectations.

2. Take feedback as constructive criticism and strive towards improving their performance where needed.

3. Is an excellent team player.

4. Believes in collaboration in design and knowledge sharing.
