Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.

2. Set the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives and ensure the targets are realistic and achievable.

3. Ensure proper reporting of what the team has done through out the week or month.

4. Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and decide the future course of action for his team members.

5. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.-

6. Responsible for brand promotion among potential and existing customers.

7. Ensure to make team work as a single unit working towards a common objective.-

8. Ensure team delivers desired results with proper Supervision. Track performances of the team.

9. Client relationship management

10. Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.

Excellent verbal and written skills

Pleasant personality.

Experience in selling products in similar security service profile

Ability to work under pressure
