YLP - Customer Relationship Associate (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
It is an exciting opportunity to work with a start-up in the lighting industry. You are required to be well-versed in offering online and on-call customer support and amaze customer with the customer handling skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing online and on-call customer support.
- Making marketing calls to get more customers.
- Handle customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Confident communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- Experience in providing Online and On-call Customer support.
- Knowledge of Excel and at least some understanding of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
