YLG - Assistant Manager - Marketing (2-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Visual Merchandising for existing and new stores: Execution of Outdoor signages, in-store visual merchandising, corrections in Service menu for new services, promotions, price changes and YLG collections
2. Creatives & Collateral: Co-ordinate with Creative agencies and printers for effective execution of collateral required for local marketing campaigns - Instore, Digital, Social Media etc.
3. Drive footfall into stores: Track Sales mix and footfall to support stores with campaigns on digital / customer engagement / promotions to drive footfall wherever negative trend is seen. Require coordination with CRM / Data analytics partners and operations managers.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Manage Customer issues in coordination with Operations and Training department to retain customers. Co-ordinate with YLG Call centre for any issues on daily basis. Membership programs for support and coordination.
5. Data Analytics : Analysis of sales to understand and highlight customer behaviour trends, changes in category mix, etc. and drive engagement initiatives with customers to improve repeats / Ave Bill Values, and new customers
6. Pricing & Promotions: Regular analysis of competition pricing and promotions. Updation of new prices / Promotions in the billing POS.
7. Budgeting & Expenses Management: Tracking marketing budget spends on a regular basis and Maintain trackers for all expenses. Ensure budgets are not exceeded and co-ordinate with vendors for smooth commercial operation - Billing and payments to vendors.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputed college with Marketing specialisation
- Having experience into marketing for around 2-4 Years
- Person with Retail Experience will be preferred first.
- Immediate joiners / candidate with notice Max 15 days preferred first.
