Job Description :

- Under strategic direction, she/he manages - Sales (B2B) & (B2C) & Marketing- function for PAN-India business operations of Your Kids R Our Kids (YKROK).

- Plans and drives revenue growth and new markets of B2C businesses of YKROK by guiding the Bangalore team.

- Responsible to strategize & implement marketing plans that contributes to sustainable revenue in highly competitive market. Influences and collaborates with all functions. Develops consultative relationships with prospects/vendors to provide critical new developments for the market, industry direction and build YKROK brand that can impact on the overall strategic business direction. Mentors team/direct reports in developing these relationships.

- Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of Sales & Marketing team.

- Provides team leadership and sets - vision, direction and operational excellence- for the B2C sales processes.

- Accountable for YKROK brand management in mass market.

- Responsible for budgeting & control of annual marketing plan - forecasting, expenditure control, effectiveness monitoring

- Responsible for customer billing, business outlooks, annual B2C business budgeting & monitoring, monthly revenue reporting and on time revenue collections.

- Receives guidance and support from the business enabling teams and Directors.

- Responsible (co-create) for the financial modelling of new business, which includes risk analysis & solutions.

- Participates and contributes in operational review meetings and business enabling functions.

- Co-Create B2C financial models, including cost and resource requirements, market pricing.

- Leads YKROK brand initiatives that; requires collaboration and relationship with external world

- Proactively provides insights (short-term & long-term) of the ECE retail market to the YKROK leadership team.

Education / Workexp : Any Graduate with MBA. Total experience of 10+ years in Sales and Marketing function.

Preferably from RETAIL SERVICE (medium format) industry. Should have worked in medium to large companies and well understand the complexity of dispersed business network. Brings with her/him Service & Solution mind set; Self driven personality & team player; high personal Quality, Value & Ethics.
