Responsibilities:

5. Follow up with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
6. Collaborate with the franchise sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our franchise opportunities.
9. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market insights, and sales strategies.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales.
