Role Description/ Scope of the Job/ Goal of the Job:
Sales Advisors to interact and promote Learning Academy product penetration on the Retail Asset loan customers through the SM/ASM/RSM's of the Bank. Training and development of the SM's of the Bank. Assist SM's on query management of their clients on LA product
Specific Role Responsibilities / Core Duties:
1. Train SM's on LA product
2. Assist SM's on LA closures
3. Inspire and motivate team members to meet sales targets
4. Own individual targets and overachieve.
Education/Knowledge /Skills/Abilities / Personality traits:
Education Qualifications Preferably Post Graduate
Language - Reading/Writing/Speaking English/Hindi/Local.
Academic Demands: Math Yes
Academic Demands: Analytical Yes
Knowledge : Capital Market Knowldge
Skills :Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Abilities : Quick learner
Personality traits :Pleasing and flexible.
Industry Experience:
Specific Sector Experience required (please mention details) Fresher or trainees from MF industry
Work experience (in years) : Fresher or 1 to 3 Years
Fixed CTC : 2.5 to 3 Lakhs
