Yeppar - Manager - Sales (1-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets for AR, VR, and MR solutions.
2. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
3. Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities and markets for our AR, VR, and MR solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
4. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure Rams Creative remains a market leader.
5. Sales Process Optimization : Streamline and optimize sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Sales Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
7. Budget Management : Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the best return on investment.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Sales, with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions, preferably in AR, VR, or MR.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
3. Strong Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
4. Strategic Thinker : A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
5. Excellent Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
