Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, micro blogging sites post, and blogs, etc.
- Having knowledge of Technical Writing.
- Have the ability to research the suggested topic and write accordingly.
- Ability to understand the subtlety of the clients' products & services
- Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content creators to ensure standards.
- Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.
- Include and optimise all content for SEO team requirements
- Contribute to the localisation of process and content to ensure consistency across regions
- Good learner, team player, can work on multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills.
