Yellow Plate - Digital Marketing Lead (3-5 yrs)

All commercial vehicles in India bear Yellow Number Plate. We took upon ourselves to solve some of the most complex challenges concerning the Transport/Commercial vehicles Industry and its stakeholders, one by one. We named it, Yellow Plate.

Yellow Plate is building an enabling and empowering eco-system involving supply, demand, services and product stakeholders connected with commercial (Yellow Number Plate) vehicles across both passenger and goods transport and Interconnecting & integrating each stakeholder to India's first commercial vehicles/transport marketplace.

This Yellow Plate ecosystem has been divided into phases. The first phase (India's first car rental marketplace) is further divided into 2 phases. The first half of the first phase is launched. Please visit https://cabs.yellowplate.in. The second half of the first phase shall be launched by the first week of Feb 2020.

The second phase shall include Large vans, buses, and delivery vans. The second phase shall result in India's first car, bus, delivery van rental marketplace. This shall be launched by the first week of March 2020.

Subsequently, one by one other phase shall be launched.

Establishing a Digital presence

Along with our Tech stack development, we are now looking to on-board someone experienced and skilled at growth hacking, Digital Marketing.

Skills required:

- Conceptualize a digital strategy aligned with business objectives

- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

- Create Innovative content across formats and languages customized for targeted audience/stakeholders.

- Distribution of the content across organic/paid mediums to reach the targeted audience

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, interactive and written, etc.).

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales.

- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

- Oversee design/display (Profile pictures, Ads, landing pages, Twitter, Other social media, Blogs, etc.)

- Should have knowledge about Social ad campaigns including Google Ad words

- Manage efforts in building Online reviews and reputation.

- Viral Growth techniques - Videos, In-App, Social and Offline

Good-to-Have Attributes - Start-up experience, Worked on Growth hacking tools, B2B marketing, SEO

Added advantage: Graphics creation skills

What we are looking for: An entrepreneurial approach, thoughtful, smart, positive and entrepreneurial mindset, confidence in the skill sets, willing to Join a growing Startup, a rational and no non-sense and practical thought process.

City: Strictly Mumbai (Company HO)

Position: Full/Part Time. Given bootstrapped compulsions and to have the best resource, we are also considering skilled candidates who can devote 3 to 4 hours every day. Experienced, motivated professionals having an entrepreneurial mindset working with other leading companies and willing to undertake an entrepreneurial experience while continuing to be in their Job are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: The incoming person will be part of the leadership team, will receive equity in addition to a small salary.
