Sales and Business Development Executive
- We are looking for Sales and Business Development Executives to join the team.
- Sales Professionals with prior experience in the field of pharmaceutical, medical equipment or medical technology products or in similar field - having good contacts of doctors, hospitals, dentists, will be preferred.
- This is a field sales and customer reach-out role. Salary will be structure in fixed and incentive components.
How You'll Make an Impact & What You'll Do :
- Identify and Visit potential customers for new business, both cold calling as well as in-person meetings.
- Provide customers with pricing packages, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Maintaining MIS / counts, with focus on revenue and sales goals
- Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts. escalating concerns towards closure
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback with deep analysis
What You'll Need :
- Minimum 6 months of selling experience in healthcare sector to doctors and hospitals
- Any degree in Engineering / Science
- Languages - English, Kannada and Hindi
Desirable :
- Worked/working: In pharma/medical devices/medical tech product selling
You Are :
- A strong sales driven mindset suited for working in a fast-paced startup environment
- You are known to for your relationships and ability to convince others.
