Position : Manager : Training

Location : Mumbai (Work from office)

Industry preferred : Ed- tech/ BPO/KPO/BFSI

Salary range : 4LPA to 7 LPA

About the role :

Looking for Manager : Training, to increase the overall performance of the Sales team by giving Sales trainees the right tools, skills and knowledge they require to be successful

Job responsibilities :

- Ensuring maximum effectiveness of the Sales force by developing and implementing training programs

- Design and deliver training sessions on company product, process and Sales, business practices

- Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and conduct initial need analysis

- Identify needs for Sales skills improvement

- Serve as advisor to our employees by answering Sales, product, process related queries

- Develop material required for training, for instance - outline, handouts etc

- Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs

- Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session

- Maintain and update records for training material

A successful candidate for this role requires :

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, arts, business administration, marketing

- Proven experience as 2-4 years of experience as Sales training specialist

- Grown to the level of a trainer from the sales fraternity by understanding strings of sales foray

- Strong knowledge of the Sales process and its best practices

- Ability to motivate others to improve skills with outstanding coaching skills

- Excellent presentation skills and hands on practices on excel and PPT
