Scope : To exceeds target for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role

Work Location : Lower Parel (It would be a blend of WFH & Work from office culture in the future)

Working days : 6 days a week, weekoff will be on any weekday (Mon-Fri) as sales on Weekend is high

Shift hours : 9 hrs ( Between 10 am till 9 pm )

Mandatory Language fluency : English, Hindi

Laptop/Wi-Fi/Mobile : Candidate should use their own Laptop, Wifi as well as compatible cell phone

Qualifications :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Proven track record of exceeding Sales target as a Sales Manager, > 2 year of experience in Sales.

- Age below 32 Years.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation and organizational skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.

- Ability & willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment.

- Technically sound with working knowledge of MS Office.
