Title: Inside Sales (US Process)
Location: Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Job description/responsibilities:
Skills & Requirements:
- Passion for winning and a desire for a career in sales
- Excellent technical, written and verbal communication skills.
- A hunter mentality comfortable prospecting and following up on incoming leads
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and customer driven sales mind-set
- Excellent phone, presentation and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM software (salesforce.com)
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 4-7 years of sales development experience, prior experience in promoting any IT financial products to North Americas would be an added advantage.
- Open to work in Night shifts (US working hours)
What you will do:
- Achieve monthly goals of opportunities qualified and new accounts created
- Develop and execute a lead generation plan to qualify and present solutions to small and medium business owners
- Maintain expert knowledge of XTBills products and messaging to effectively and persuasively demonstrate the product and articulate the value proposition in a clear and compelling way
- Manage a strong pipeline utilizing CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up from qualification to closure
