Job Description :
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients, processing news leads, monitoring customer accounts, providing data and reports to help the sales team, and keeping track of sales targets.
- Handle official calls, and e-mail inquiries on telecom products from within the office
- Prepare letters for mailing mass brochures to the company's prospective customers
- Summarize and send reports on a weekly basis to the Director.
