Job Summary
Give clerical support to the salesteam,focusing on customer satisfaction and coordinating salesteam activities.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Processing new leads
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with customer service inquiries
- Arranging sales appointments
- Providing information to the sales team
- Creating and processing sales orders
- Managing customer accounts and performing data entry tasks as necessary
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Graduates with good communication skills in English and Malayalam
