XTEN-AV - Lead Generation Specialist (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

- The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for email prospecting


- Qualifying and processing marketing leads for the sales team and generating summarized reports of their key findings.


- This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skills able to understand different buying personas, positions and communicate the value of XTEN-AV and persuade new business prospects to learn more.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The role's primary focus is to work with our sales team to fix the calls and meetings.

- Responsible for initiating business interest within target accounts, generate leads, create business opportunity

- Work on Data generation, E-Mails for demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Conduct research on Prospect (Company names and Contacts) using tools like LinkedIn, Zoom info, and contact databases to find contact details

- Mail prospective clients and identify potential opportunities

- Responsible to contact executives giving them the introduction of our company & create interest in company offerings and schedule meetings with them

- Schedule appointments with prospective clients for the Business Development Team

- Experience in working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team

- Stay up to date on trends in software/technology and in the vertical markets we serve

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must have a proven record of Lead Generation via Email, B2B, Leads, Opportunities, and closures

- Excellent communication, Presentation, Networking, and Negotiation Skills

- Confident self-starter with an ability to take initiative and problem solve

- Have good skills in research, probing, and finding information on senior executives

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

- Able to build relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization

- Good listening skills, Managing through systems and processes, Planning, Priority setting, Time management, excellent written communication skills

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite Excel, PPT, and Outlook
