Job Description :

- As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Xotiv, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts, ensuring that our SaaS products and services are effectively promoted and our target audience is engaged. You will work at the intersection of digital marketing, content creation, and data analytics to develop and implement strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

- Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.

- Content Creation : Create compelling, relevant, and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.

- SEO & SEM : Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns to improve online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

- Social Media Management : Manage and grow our social media presence by developing content calendars, engaging with our audience, and keeping up with industry trends.

- Email Marketing : Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, inform customers about updates, and promote our products and services.

- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives.

- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Continuously assess and improve website user experience to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.

- Competitive Analysis : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

- Customer Research : Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing decisions.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and sales teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and product launches.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

- Familiarity with SaaS marketing strategies and industry trends.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
