Key Skills :

Mandatory Skills :

- Should have 2 - 5 years of experience in the IT Industry

- Handle International sales must be willing to work in US Shifts (PST)

- Self-starter with exceptional selling and influencing skills

- Ability to actively and successfully prospect via telephone

- Effective negotiating and closing skills

- Achieve and exceed sales objectives and quotas of qualified appointments

- Be enthusiastic, team player, self-starter and quality focused

- Drive outbound call activity to target and penetrate key accounts for Direct Sales

- Use phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business

- Collaborate with field sales and field engineers on identifying qualified opportunities

- Manage sales through prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer

Other Mandatory Aspects:

- Early/ immediate joiners are welcome

- Dynamic, high energy professional to be a part of inside sales team in a fast paced, goal oriented, environment

- Ability to sell in IT services space, in North American market

Personal Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and convincing skills

- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly

- Relationship builder and a good team player
