Xogene Solutions - Associate/Consultant - Marketing (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Xogene is looking for a seasoned professional for a Marketing Consultant. This business strategy and development position requires working closely with management and program/product teams with primary responsibilities in developing marketing initiatives, sales strategies, lead development, networking activities, social media, and PR management.
Functions of the role :
- Develop marketing strategies for projects and products, including management of company websites and social media
- Assist in enhancing brand identity and brand association
- Ensure creative marketing materials (eg. press releases, content for social media) undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Improve communication and interaction with target audiences
- Conduct market analysis
- Analyze sales data and recommend new outreach and expansion plans/lead generation programs
- Develop and drive social media marketing strategy - including content planning, curating links, increasing website traffic, and building conversions
- Work closely with product and program development/implementation teams to develop in-depth knowledge of offerings and make recommendations for enhancements based on client feedback.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- 5+ years of experience in a sales/marketing role
- Strong interest in technology and/or life sciences
- Excellent organizational skills and self-starter
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Background in SaaS marketing, life sciences, and/or pharmaceutical industry plus+
