XLence - Search Engine Marketing Specialist (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Creating/planning a variety of advertising campaigns across channels

- Overseeing existing campaigns and optimizing them

- Keyword research and management

- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns

- Write engaging copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates & conversion rates

- Monitor, evaluate, present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators

- Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends

- Must have worked on lead generation campaigns, understanding of landing page design and other conversion parameters

- Campaign analysis and reporting.

Requirements :

- Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter ads.

- Expert in setting up analytics code, pixel code, event tracker, etc.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter

- Creative Thinking & Analytical skills for effective problem solving

- Research and problem-solving skills, outline & reports on project health/ status

- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping keen attention to detail to identify and implement improvements.
