Xiaomi - Site Merchandiser (2-4 yrs)

Mi.com is the homegrown online channel of Xiaomi. We are the third largest e-commerce platform in the country. We are looking for a Site Merchandiser to be a part of growing our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best in class on site strategies.

As a Mi.com Site Merchandiser, you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard. You will execute and schedule content on home pages, category pages, and pages across the site based on the business goals and requirements. Merchandise Planning for all platforms (App, Mobile and PC) should be backed by numbers; the result should be measured to track the performance and have a continuous learning process. You person will be involved in coordinating with the category managers, designers, campaign planners and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities Will Include : 

- Plan and maintain a calendar to maximize results from all the onsite properties

- Do multiple A/B tests and measure the impact

- Track the performance daily and present learnings

- Thoroughly analyze the impact of the creatives

- Coordinate with multiple teams to plan, design and execute

- Owing the category and other store pages and measuring the impact

- Learning Merchandising tools and widgets

- Liaise with the development team to bring about improvements in user engagement and conversion

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate The Following

- Designing and executing online campaigns which improve customer experience

- Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to Business teams

- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize

- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations

- Working independently on key deliverables

- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment

Basic Qualifications : 

- Basic Graduation/Masters in Communication or Marketing or Design

- Strong communication skills and high standard of written English

- Ability to understand patterns and draw conclusions with hard data

- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment

- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize

Preferred Qualifications : 

- 2+ years of experience

- Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
