Xerago - Content Development Role (3-5 yrs)
We are seeking a self-motivated and forward thinking content engineer who can do the following:
- Content creation and management using OpenText Teamsite
- HTML/CSS development of internal & external eDMs and eNotes
- Liaise with internal teams and participate in Live Verifications for new/modified web enhancements and features
- Participate in User Acceptance Tests
- Participate in Adobe Target activities
- Manage online campaigns/products life cycles and engage stakeholders
- Execute and govern best practices and guidelines for all digital channels under Public web
- Create, edit, enhance digital assets/images whenever necessary
- QA digital assets
- Review and improve web traffic, ratings & engagement on the public web
- Drive SEO objectives
- Manage incidents on public web and provide post-implementation support to ensure all issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields
- Highly proficient in HTML, CSS, JSON, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of SEO, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- Good written and verbal communication skills
