Xenosoft Technologies - Executive - Business Development /Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)

This role provides an opportunity to commence or accelerate a career in Sales and business development. The primary objective will be to win new clients/accounts for the company
Responsibilities:
- Develop a good understanding of the services and technologies used in the company
- Generate leads through Cold Calling and Email Marketing
- Identify prospectively and Target Clients and Set up meetings with prospects
- Manage direct communications, Conduct email, social and phone conversations with prospects to introduce the company, build relationships and identify well-matched opportunities
- To Pitch and acquire new business for the company based on the targets set per month
- Write Proposals and Quotes
- Actively follow-up with prospects and clients and convert the lead to a project or a new account
- Handle the CRM tool to manage the information flow and set reminders for follow up, manage databases and associated administration.
- Provide feedback on all areas to the management
Desired Skills and Experience :
- A highly confident, commercial outlook - you thrive on selling and pitching ideas - and searching for business opportunities
- An Intelligent, fluent communicator, particularly strong with written and verbal English communications
- Organised, fast-paced, results-orientated and with bags of energy and stamina
- Proficiency in Word processing and Spreadsheets software
- Active knowledge on marketing using Twitter, Linkedin etc.
- Excellent Negotiation skills, Interpersonal Skills, Analytical Skills, and Presentation Skills
- High aspirations to thrive in start-up and entrepreneurial environment and take up huge challenges head on
