Xenonstack - Presales Consultant (2-3 yrs)

We are looking for a Presale Consultant with 2-3 year of experience with us who have ability to lead a team of pre-sales executives to develop winnable and profitable solution proposals meeting client requirements while ensuring Deliverability for Testing Xperts with managed risks and can work closely with sales team and be single point of contact for deals taking end to end responsibility for proposal response preparation.a

Job Responsibilities :

- Understanding client requirements, solution ideation, developing solution plan, solution architecture, project estimation/ estimation review, coordinating with TestingXperts support teams like Delivery/ Data connectivity /Deal Financials etc., financial modelling, project plans, orals presentations, anchor customer visits, creating sales collaterals etc.

- Facilitate solution reviews with internal stakeholders for approvals

- Final editing/ reviews of proposal response documents and create client deliverable package

- Attend client meetings across the deal lifecycle from initiation, demos, solution reviews, negotiations, closure etc.

- Managing repository of reusable content & assets (Pre-sales Portal, Dashboard, Templates etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2- 3 years in a pre-sales role with hands on experience of working on RFP, RFI responses and program managing bids

- End to End experience in pre-sales and solution proposal management

- Sound knowledge of Testing processes, lifecycle stages, functional and non-functional testing, test automation. Ideally should have spent 2+ years working on Testing delivery projects.

- Self-Motivated & Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to handle a team and perform final reviews for proposals/ client deliverables

- Excellent business communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills

- Ability to represent the organization in client meetings explaining services, capabilities and proposal solutions

- Quick learner with ability to research on new technologies and topics

- Should have worked in outsourcing environment for global clients, exposure ok US/ UK/ Europe markets is a must

- Expertise in any one domain (BFS, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare) and one testing area (Automation, Functional, Advisory, Non-functional) etc.

- Knowledge and understanding of the managed cloud hosting business concepts, market practices and trends, customer needs, existing products and IT solutions, key global and regional players, business dynamics etc.
