The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
Audits and analysis of social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns. Analysis of social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent degree from Tier 1/ 2 Colleges.
- Minimum 4+ Years- of Experience on handling social media marketing on eCommerce international Market.
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Key Skills :
- Experience working on various social media platform on eCommerce International Market.
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency.
- Content Creation and Brand Marketing Experience.
- Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good knowledge on writing content, blogs.
Salary: Better than Industry standard.
