- We are looking for an innovative trainer to design training programs for employees who need more corporate training. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role.

Area Sales Trainer Responsibilities :

- Provide the sales Support on filed along with Relationship manager, Ready to travel as and when required on filed .

- Preferably Insurance product knowledge will be consider.

- Develop overall training strategy, methodology and delivery methods (e-learning, self-directed, classroom, on-the-job, blended learning, etc. ) ensuring business objectives and training deliverables are aligned.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs and processes through the use of key metrics.

- Design, develop, and implement training and development programs to increase individual and organizational effectiveness.

- Conduct assessments to identify training and development needs; including gathering internal and external data, determining needs that can be met by training, proposing solutions, and calculating ROI.

- Manage and maintain compliance training programs and manage re-certification process as needed; including food safety, service training, ethics, etc.

- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.

- Research new teaching methods. Attend education conferences.

Trainer Requirements :

- A degree in HR, education or training.

- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to identify gaps in skills.

- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.

- Excellent organizational skills.
