We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist, with a primary focus on Paid Advertising, to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving user acquisition through various online channels and a proven track record in optimizing paid campaigns.
Paid Advertising Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
Campaign Execution:
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and scheduling.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation and ROI.
Performance Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, leveraging analytics tools to extract actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
Ad Creative Testing:
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform creative testing.
Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum impact.
- Forecast and report on spending trends and ROI.
