Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. As a Sales and Revenue Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales funnel, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. You will develop and execute effective sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will also lead and mentor the sales team, analyze market trends, and provide insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales and revenue generation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities

- Achievement-oriented mindset with a focus on targets and results

- Good understanding of the EdTech industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
