Wozo Gaming - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)

We are Looking for "Business Development Manager" role for our Company. Wozo Gaming is a superior game provider to the world's most successful online casino operators we endeavor to create the most engaging experience for our customers across a range of products which includes Remote Gaming Server (RGS),Casino Management Systems, Slots, Table Games, Fun Games and Live Casino .We are emerging as one of the industry's most respected and acclaimed suppliers .

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer.

- Develop new business opportunities with GPOs and other potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.

- Work effectively with C-Level decision-makers, i.e., CFO, CTO, VPs and Directors, to develop long term strategic relationships.

- Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition.

- Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.

- Effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deal with GPOs and other potential customers, working closely with the Directors.

- Collaborate with professional services and other support teams to ensure successful implementations.

- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets.

- Development of a strategic sales plan to expand customer base management, sales statistics analysis.

- Understanding customer needs, business objectives and identifying new sales leads.

- Pitching products and/or services.

Basic Skills :

- Must possess strong customer service skills with written and verbal communication

- Must have good negotiation skill and able to create good presentations

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills

- Must be detail-oriented and an active listener

- Ability to work under pressure with good knowledge and previous experience.

Experience Required: 04- 06 [ Preferable in International IT Sales or Gaming sales in Business Development]

Only Delhi NCR candidates preferable or who are ready to reallocate Delhi.

Location: Hybrid
