Job Description : Manager - Lead Generation and Inside Sales

Locations: WFH/ Remote/ Chennai/ Navi Mumbai/ Vadodara

Job Summary: WovVTech is looking for a talented and competitive individual who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The individual would be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads.

Experience : 2-6 Years

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Working closely with the Marketing and/or sales teams to understand LinkedIn & Email marketing processes and generate leads through it.

- Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process

- Generate quality leads through outbound campaigns - cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn.

- Consistently meet monthly targets for activities, demos, and leads

- Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads (50+ calls per day)

- Understanding company's services and offerings to integrate various marketing strategies.

- Participating actively in LinkedIn and web research activities to create target lead profiles to market to.

- Building up a lead database in the company's CRM and updating them as per the most recent communication and updates.

- Actively collaborating with the sales team to hand over leads that are sales ready and ensure smooth inter-departmental transition.

- Maintaining lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution and results

- Responsible for developing new business via different channels with analytical skills

- Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.

- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researching and implementing best practices

- Conduct first meetings or product demonstrations if required

Requirements :

- Min 2 years of experience with Lead generation and/or Inside Sales

- Experience in International IT Services and/or SaaS products is mandatory

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & cold calling

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Experience with Salesforce tool is a plus

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce.

- Proven track record of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.

- Experience in working in Data Mining, Research, Extraction & Data Analysis

- Understanding about sales and marketing concepts.

- Analytical skills to assess and tackle lead responses.

- Ability to create strategies to penetrate through the market.
