WorkOnGrid - Content Lead (2-4 yrs)
About the Role :
- As a Content Lead for our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that aligns with our brand, engages our target audience, and supports our business goals. This role is essential to driving our content marketing initiatives and requires a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry and has a proven track record
of content creation for similar businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Produce compelling and informative content, including blog posts, case studies, presentations, and video/podcast scripts, with a primary focus on B2B SaaS.
- Audience Engagement : Develop content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all content is well-written, grammatically correct, and adheres to our brand's tone and voice.
- Cultural Sensitivity : Display a strong command of the English language and a demonstrable familiarity with global international business culture and practices, with experience working with Western/native English-speaking clients.
- Content Strategy : Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the overall content strategy and ensure content is aligned with the company's objectives.
- SEO Optimization : Implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve organic visibility.
- Content Distribution : Assist in the distribution and promotion of content through various channels and platforms.
- Marketing Software and CRM : Utilize marketing software and CRM systems to optimize content distribution and track performance. Experience in this area is a plus
- Experience : At least 2 years of experience creating content, preferably for B2B SaaS companies, including blog posts, case studies, presentations, and video/podcasts.
- Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Language Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Western/native English-speaking clients is a plus.
- Cultural Awareness : Demonstrable familiarity with global international business culture and practices.
- Marketing Tools : Experience using marketing software and CRM systems is a plus
