Workathon - Senior Team Lead - Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)

We seek an exceptionally talented Digital Marketing professional responsible for conceptualizing and executing digital marketing initiatives. The person needs to demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem.

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Efficiently handle budgets in the range of 20L+ per month, focusing on PPC

- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

- Planning marketing goals: short term / long term, aligning resources accordingly

- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessments against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

- Creating and maintaining client relationships

- Self-motivated yet client-focused

- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

- Familiar with budget planning and digital strategy

Education, Experience:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field

- Handled ad budget of 20L+ per month

- Proven working experience of 4+years in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools

- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
