Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in Owning the Pres sales solution for the B2B (SaaS) Vertical of Woovly by providing technical expertise, understanding customer needs, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. The Pre-sales Specialist will be responsible for articulating the technical features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.


Technical Expertise:

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Customer Understanding:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges.

- Conduct needs analysis to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

Product Demonstrations:

- Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations for potential clients.

- Showcase product features and capabilities that address customer pain points.

Proposal Development:

- Own the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

- Customize solutions based on client requirements.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

- Work closely with sales representatives to strategize on client engagement.

- Accompany sales team to client meetings to provide Product Demonstrations

Technical Support:

- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Ensure successful implementation of products and services.

Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

- Share knowledge with the team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Communication Skills:

- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.


- Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Management or related field

- Proven experience in a pre-sales role in a b2b SaaS space

- Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly understand and articulate complex concepts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
