Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Calling Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and schedule appointments through outbound sales calling efforts. The Sales Calling Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

Responsibilities:

1) Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and guidelines.

2) Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target companies.

3) Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.

4) Present product/service offerings in a compelling manner to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team.

5) Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads

6) Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through ongoing communication.

7) Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing conversion

8) Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust sales approaches accordingly.

9) Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

10) Contribute to a positive team environment and actively support colleagues to achieve collective goals.

Requirements :

1) Proven experience in outbound sales calling or telemarketing.

2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3) Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5) Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

6) Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is preferred.

7) High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.

8) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

9) Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.

10) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
