General Description :
The purpose of this job role is to take ownership of key performance metrics which are important for customers. These metrics include AHT, FRT, FCR, C-SAT among others. This role requires strong knowledge of understanding as well as handling customer queries & providing resolution towards building an engageable customer journey.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand customer queries & expectations & providing real time solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and reduce escalation by providing real-time solutions to customer queries.
- Handling customer queries through various different platforms, such as: Phone, E-mail, Chat, WhatsApp, Social Media.
- Outbound calling as per the requirements of the work.
- Working closely with different teams, like Operations, Marketing, Product, Growth & other important teams.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Minimum 0-2 years of proven customer service experience (voice, non-voice, social media)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Coming from a strong B2C customer handling background with an ability to create a better customer journey.
- Ability to think of long-term solutions and not short term fixes.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
