Wonderla - Manager - Social Media (5-10 yrs)
Job Summary : The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. They will create and curate high-quality, engaging content to post on social media platforms, monitor and track metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner and conduct weekly reviews on KPIs and competition review.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a social media strategy for Wonderla across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (e.g. text, images, and videos) to post on social media platforms.
- Monitor and track metrics (e.g. likes, shares, followers, website traffic) to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and PR to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and make recommendations for new technologies and platforms to incorporate into the company's strategy.
- Perform a weekly review on KPIs and competition analysis
- Work with external agencies and vendors as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Desired Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in social media management with experience working on fun brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid). 2nd & 4th Saturdays off
