We are looking for Team Members to join our Business Development Corporate Sales vertical across various grades. As we discussed, we are embarking on a strategic initiative to focus on the corporate vertical, recognizing it as a high-potential segment that remains largely untapped in its full capacity. Currently operating in cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad, renowned corporate hubs, Wonderla has predominantly engaged with tier 2 organizations. Our goal now is to extend our reach and influence into tier 1 enterprises, unlocking new avenues for growth and partnership. In this individual contributor role, you will be an instrumental part of our dedicated team focusing on the corporate sector.

Our overarching vision involves :

1. Market Leadership : Establishing Wonderla as the market leader in corporate entertainment and team-building experiences.

2. Tier 1 Engagement : Successfully tapping into tier 1 organizations, making Wonderla a go-to destination for their recreational and team-building needs.

3. Strategic Alliances : Forming strategic alliances with top-tier corporations to create mutually beneficial, long-lasting partnerships.

4. Enhanced Brand Presence : Elevating Wonderla's brand presence in the corporate landscape, showcasing our commitment to providing unparalleled entertainment experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative, revenue-boosting strategies targeting corporate giants, extending the Wonderla experience beyond the rides.

- Navigate the corporate landscape, identifying potential accounts within large corporations, and implement growth strategies to position Wonderla as the preferred destination for team bonding and fun.

- Lead team to surpass footfall and revenue targets, making Wonderla an integral part of every corporate calendar.

- Identify key decision-makers within corporate giants, establishing lasting connections and forming partnerships.

- Collaborate with the creative minds in the marketing team to create tailored promotional materials, portraying Wonderla as more than just an amusement park but as the embodiment of corporate fun.

- Represent Wonderla at high-profile events and exhibitions, showcasing our brand as the ultimate choice for corporate entertainment.

- Explore and nurture sales opportunities in corporate markets, contributing to the expansion journey of Wonderla.

- Master the art of setting strategic appointments, portraying Wonderla as the irresistible solution for corporate joy and unforgettable entertainment.
