As the Creative Copy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and messaging that defines the Wonderla brand. You will be responsible for creating compelling and imaginative copy that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and enhancing brand awareness. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external creative agencies.


Content Creation:

- Develop captivating copy for various marketing collaterals & creatives including advertisements, promotional materials and digital content

- Craft persuasive narratives that communicate the essence of Wonderla's offerings and evoke a sense of excitement and adventure.

Brief Interpretation:

- Collaborate closely with members of the Brand Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messages.

- Translate complex briefs into clear and impactful creative concepts, ensuring alignment with Wonderla's brand voice and values.

Collaboration with Creative Agencies:

- Work seamlessly with external creative agencies to bring concepts to life, providing clear and concise direction to designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.

- Manage the creative production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials that meet Wonderla's standards.

Brand Consistency :

- Uphold and reinforce Wonderla's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.

- Act as a guardian of the Wonderla brand voice, maintaining its integrity in all written materials.

Market Research :

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative approaches to continuously enhance the effectiveness of Wonderla's communication strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 2-4 years as a Copywriter or in a similar creative role, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.

- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platforms.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems.

- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
