Wonderchef - Divisional Manager (4-8 yrs)
1. Counseling and Empowerment of Existing Franchisees.
2. Recruitment and Development of New Franchisees
3. Developing New Market
4. Working closely with Key Members to increase the sale of Respective Franchisees and overall region.
5. Supporting Franchisees in various events like, Kitchen shows, Exhibitions, Cookery Shows and any other recruitment activities
6. Monitoring Franchisee Sale and helping them to achieve their targets
7. Follow up with respective departments in processing the order till receipt of consignment.
8. Conducting new product launches and training of Franchisees/Members on products, Income Plan, TR rewards etc.
9. Handling routine queries of Franchisees & Members on products, gifts, business, achieving ranks etc.
10. Sharing competitor activities with DTH Head and marketing on regular basis
Candidate Profile
Acad Qualification: MBA (Marketing) preferably
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Direct Selling or Multi Level Marketing
